It is a Minolta Dialta 250/350 copier with sorter. It is missing a small plastic part to keep the side door shut. The copier will work if you tape the door shut completely but you should probably get it fixed. Other than this problem it works fine. I think it probably has about 100,000 copies on it though that is an estimate since I don't know how to find the counter on the unit. It has not been used since 2001 when my dad shut down his office. It had medium use in 1990s in a small 3-person CPA office.
