Description:
I have a canon scanner. It's 2-3 years old. It stopped working for me, but I only used it a handful of times- so it may be a quick fix?? It was past warranty, so I bought a new scanner + warranty. I would hate to take it to be recycled if a quick fix would get it working again! I believe it's one of the Lide-series scanners. I used it to scan a few pieces of artwork.
I also have Microsoft Office for Macintosh, OS 9. A friend gave it to me when I bought my Mac. I guess he got it through work, but he didn't own a Mac- so he never used it. My Mac is OS X, so it won't work with mine either. The box is open but I have never opened anything inside it at all.
I also possibly have an external CD writer. It's the BackPack CD Writer. I'm not sure the condition of this, as it belongs to my husband.

All three printers were for home use only. Installation software and instruction books come with the printers, as well as all power cords.
I would prefer to donate these printers in the Salt Lake City area and would like to drop them off, as opposed to shipping them.

The equipment I would like to donate is an IBM Aptiva tower, complete with an LCD monitor, a keyboard, & a mouse. The computer is in perfect working condition, & has just had the hard drive wiped. It has an AMD processor in it. I used it for running office software; office accounting of client files, & of course internet connection for internet access and email. It would be perfect for a family who cannot afford an up-to-date "Cadillac" computer, or for a school or a library or developing country etc...I just would like to see it get some use as opposed to going to a landfill, since it's perfectly functional. I never ever had a problem with it.
