DOT MATRIX PRINTER:PANASONIC KX-P1624 (with manual). 24-pin; wide paper (16.5") capacity; 4 paths (you can feed letterhead); EZ Set Operator Panel allows control of over 20 functions from the panel; speed = 192 cps in draft or 63 cps in letter mode. Purchased 1991. A real workhorse. It was working when we took it out of service ~1999 because (a) we prefer the look of laser and (b) our programs no longer required printing to wide paper. 3. FULL SIZE B&W COPIER:SHARP SF-8500 (no manual). 11"x17" glass plus automatic document feeder; two paper cartridges plus bypass tray; 15 bin sorter; enlarges & reduces. Purchased 1996. It was working when we took it out of service in 2004 because our copier maintenance company does not offer contracts on machines over 7 years old. It was needing service a bit more often, but the technician told me he thought it was definitely usable. This is a full size copier (not on a stand) It will take two strong men (think refrigerator). I think the sorter bin needs to be unscrewed and removed. Also we are on the second floor with no elevator - however the stairs are outside and wide. 4. PLAIN PAPER FAX MACHINE-PANASONIC PD-4200 (with manual). Inkjet technology; can copy also; paper tray holds 100 sheets; automatic document feeder hold 20 sheets, image memory capacity ~28 pages. Minolta EP 3170 Black and White Copy Machine. Includes stand/cabinet with wheels for portability. Also includes operations manual. The body has scuff marks scattered on the surface, but no actual damage the main body itself. The system comes with two trays, one of which can be screwed on. The other is damaged and is only included as it came with the copier originally. The copy machine itself takes a moment to warm up after it is turned on. Copies tend to come out with a black streak down the middle, and paper needs to be placed on the glass. The machine does not take well to paper fed into it. The copy machine itself is heavy and will require more than one person to lift it. The issues mentioned can be repaired. Businesses exist which specialize in the repair and maintenance of copy machines and as such it is possible to have a reasonably useful copy machine for less than a full priced one.
